These are great for a quick protein snack.Makes: 12 balls

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 Tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- ½ cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
- ¼ cup ground flax seeds
Instructions:
- In a bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until well combined.
- Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.
- Once thoroughly chilled, remove from the fridge and roll into bite-sized balls.
- You can either keep these in the fridge or store them in the freezer. They're good either way! 🙂
Notes:
This is an extremely versatile recipe. You can easily add or remove anything you’d like. (Coconut flakes, nuts, dried fruit, etc.)
