Peanut Butter Energy Balls
These are great for a quick protein snack.

Ingredients
⅔
cup
creamy peanut butter
1
cup
old fashioned oats
2
Tbsp
honey
(or maple syrup)
½
cup
chocolate chips
(milk or dark)
¼
cup
ground flax seeds
Instructions:
In a bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until well combined.
Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.
Once thoroughly chilled, remove from the fridge and roll into bite-sized balls.
You can either keep these in the fridge or store them in the freezer. They're good either way! :-)
Notes:
This is an extremely versatile recipe. You can easily add or remove anything you'd like. (Coconut flakes, nuts, dried fruit, etc.)
