Peanut Butter Energy Balls

These are great for a quick protein snack.

Ingredients  

  • cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 Tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • ¼ cup ground flax seeds

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until well combined.
  • Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.
  • Once thoroughly chilled, remove from the fridge and roll into bite-sized balls.
  • You can either keep these in the fridge or store them in the freezer. They're good either way! 🙂

Notes:

This is an extremely versatile recipe. You can easily add or remove anything you’d like. (Coconut flakes, nuts, dried fruit, etc.)
