Pumpkin Butter
This is delicious spread on rolls or bread!
Pumpkin Butter
Makes: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (softened enough to stir very easily)
- ½ cup pumpkin puree (cooked or canned – more or less to taste)
- 1 dash pumpkin spice
- 1 dash white sugar
Instructions:
- In a bowl, soften the butter until very soft but not quite melting.
- Stir in the other ingredients and serve!*If the butter and pumpkin aren't combining easily, heat for a few seconds in the microwave.*
Notes:
Make Ahead: This can easily be made a few days in advance – just store it in the fridge and reheat slightly before serving if needed.
This is really good served on pumpkin rolls.
