Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup butter (softened enough to stir very easily)
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree (cooked or canned - more or less to taste)
  • 1 dash pumpkin spice
  • 1 dash white sugar

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, soften the butter until very soft but not quite melting.
  • Stir in the other ingredients and serve!
    *If the butter and pumpkin aren't combining easily, heat for a few seconds in the microwave.*

Notes:

Make Ahead: This can easily be made a few days in advance - just store it in the fridge and reheat slightly before serving if needed.
This is really good served on pumpkin rolls.
