Baked or Grilled Fish

This is a great basic recipe for baked or grilled fish.

Ingredients  

  • 2 lb salmon
  • 4 Tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh is best (more or less to taste))
  • 1 dash black pepper (more or less to taste)
  • 1 dash salt (more or less to taste)

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 375° or preheat the grill. Cover a cookie sheet with foil.
  • In a bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, pepper, and salt.
  • Place the salmon on the prepared cookie sheet.
  • Brush the salmon with the butter mixture.
  • Bake or grill the salmon until the meat separates when a knife is inserted – about 15-20 minutes.
Diet: Gluten Free, Egg Free
