- 2 lb salmon
- 4 Tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh is best (more or less to taste))
- 1 dash black pepper (more or less to taste)
- 1 dash salt (more or less to taste)
Preheat the oven to 375° or preheat the grill. Cover a cookie sheet with foil.
In a bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, pepper, and salt.
Place the salmon on the prepared cookie sheet.
Brush the salmon with the butter mixture.
Bake or grill the salmon until the meat separates when a knife is inserted - about 15-20 minutes.
