Cheese Sauce
This sauce is great over vegetables, as pretzel dip, or just on a spoon! 🙂
Cheese Sauce
Makes: About 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 cups milk (or half & half)
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp dry mustard
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 ⅓ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients EXCEPT for the cheese.
- Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheese.
- Serve warm.
Notes:
Make Ahead: You can easily make this ahead of time and just reheat it. You may need to add a little milk to thin it when you reheat it.
