Ingredients

cup
flour
¼
cup
butter
2
cups
milk
(or half & half)
¾
tsp
salt
¼
tsp
dry mustard
¼
tsp
black pepper
1 ⅓
cups
shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients EXCEPT for the cheese.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in the cheese.
Serve warm.
Notes:
Make Ahead: You can easily make this ahead of time and just reheat it. You may need to add a little milk to thin it when you reheat it.
