- 1 cup peanut butter (unsweetened is best - chunky is fine)
- ¼ cup soy sauce (*dietary note - verify gluten-free)
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- ¼ cup brown sugar (cut back if the peanut butter is sweetened)
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp grated ginger root (or 1/2 tsp powdered ginger)
- ⅓ cup warm water (more or less for preferred thickness)
Make Ahead: You can easily make this ahead of time and store it in the fridge.
For dressings, you will likely want it more runny than for a sauce.
