crushed pineapple
(well drained)

lemon juice

small bread cubes
(firmly packed - white bread with crusts removed is best)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°. Grease a 10x15 baking pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the pineapple and lemon juice.
Gently fold in the bread cubes.
Spoon into the pan and bake, uncovered, for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden.
Serve warm.
