Ingredients

broccoli

cup
parmesan cheese
(grated or shredded)
olive oil
salt
(or garlic salt)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 450°.
Wash and cut up the broccoli.
Spread the broccoli florets in an even layer on a cookie sheet.
Drizzle olive oil, parmesan cheese, and salt over the broccoli and stir to coat.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring a couple times.

You can cut up the broccoli early in the day to make meal prep easier.
