Reuben Dressing

This is a delicious sauce that is a combination of Russian dressing and Thousand Island dressing.

Ingredients  

  • 1 ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup pickles (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • ¼ tsp minced garlic
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions: 

  • Combine ingredients and whisk until smooth. It works best to put the ingredients in a jar and use an immersion blender. (You can keep some of the onions and pickles out until after blending if you want some texture in the sauce.)

Notes:

This is good right after it is made, but it is best if it has time for the flavors to meld. 
This amount will feed 8-10 people
