Oriental Ramen Salad
This is great salad for when you want something a little different than normal.

- 1 head Napa cabbage (or 1 bag of coleslaw)
- 3 medium green onions (sliced)
- 2 pkgs ramen noodles (crushed)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cups sliced almonds (6oz pkg)
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 5 tsp soy sauce
Wash the cabbage and cut or tear into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green onions and add to the cabbage.
In a skillet over medium heat, saute the noodles in the butter until golden brown.
Remove from heat and add the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and almonds
Allow to cool completely then add to the cabbage.
Combine the dressing ingredients and either pour over the cabbage close to serving time or serve it in a pitcher.
