buttermilk

baking soda

cornmeal

all-purpose flour

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°. Grease a 10x15 pan and set aside.
Melt the butter then stir the sugar into the hot, melted butter.
Quickly add the eggs and beat until well blended.
Measure out the buttermilk and add the baking soda to it. Then pour the buttermilk/baking soda mixture into the butter micture and combine.
In another bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, and salt and mix until well blended.
Add to the wet ingredietns and stir until few lumps remain.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toohtpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
