In a small bowl, combine the marinade ingredients.
Place the meat in a gallon Ziploc bag, pour in the marinade, and mix until the meat is completely covered.
Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours.
Cooking:
When time to cook, place a cooling rack on a cookie sheet.
Remove the meat from the bag, place on the cooling rack, and liberally sprinkle both sides of the meat with salt and pepper.
Broil for 20 minutes or until the meat comes to an internal temperature of 145°.These are also good grilled instead of broiled.
