Combine the crust ingredients and press into a pie dish. Then chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese (do make sure it's nearly room temperature) for a minute or so. Then add the condensed milk, whipping cream, and lime juice. Beat for 4-5 minutes, or until it becomes thick.
Pour the filling into the crust and return to the fridge until set - at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.
Before serving, garnish with a dollop of whipped cream then sprinkle with lime zest.
