1/3-1/2cuprolled quick oats(or enough to absorb the egg )
1 ½Tbspyellow mustard
2Tbspketchup
2TbspBBQ sauce
2tspWorcestershire sauce
½tspgarlic powder
1tspsalt
Instructions:
Slightly beat the egg then combine all the ingredients and press gently into patties.
Either grill or cook in a skillet.
Notes:
Make Ahead: You can easily make these up ahead of time and freeze them or store them, covered, in the fridge until time to use.These are extremely versatile - you can use pretty much any seasoning combination in them.
