Ingredients

Greek Yogurt
(full fat works best)

Tbsp
olive oil

Tbsp
lemon juice
1 ½

red wine vinegar

tsp
salt

cloves
garlic
(peeled & finely minced)

medium
cucumber
(grated & squeezed to drain)
Instructions:
Pre-prep:
Peel & mince the garlic cloves.
Grate the cucumber and squeeze it to drain the excess water.
Sauce:
In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and garlic.
Stir in the grated cucumber and taste to adjust seasonings.
Notes:
Make Ahead:
This is best made a couple hours in advance to enhance the flavors.
