Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:

gluten free flour

corn flour (Masa Harina)

white sugar

baking powder

salt
Wet Ingredients:

large
eggs
(add an extra egg if making gluten free)

cup
milk
¼
cup
vegetable oil
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
In a medium bowl, sift together the dry ingredients.
In another bowl, together the wet ingredients.
Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients and pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for 20-25 minuntes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
