Enchilada Sauce #2
This delicious enchilada sauce doesn't require you to have any tomato products on hand.

Ingredients

olive oil

flour

chili powder

garlic powder

cumin

oregano

chicken broth
Instructions:
In a saucepan, heat the oil and flour for about 1 minute, whisking constantly.
Add the seasonings and cook for 1 more minute, whisking constantly.
Whisking constantly, slowly add the broth and stir until no lumps remain.
Continuing to stir frequently, simmer until the sauce has slightly thickened - 10-15 minutes.
