Ingredients

cups
cucumbers
(sliced)
½
cup
white onion
(sliced)
1
cup
water
⅓
cup
vinegar
(white, apple cider, and rice wine are all good)

Tbsp
white sugar
(more or less to taste)
1 ½
tsp
salt
(more or less to taste)
Instructions:
Slice the cucumbers and onion and combine in a bowl.
In another bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and combine.
Store in an odor-proof container in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes:
Make Ahead: This is a great recipe to make ahead because it's best if it can marinate for at least a few hours and is even better if left overnight.
