Cream Cheese Crepe Filling

- 16 oz cream cheese (softened (2 pkg))
- ½ cup powdered sugar (or white sugar)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups whipping cream
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Once it is smooth, add the whipping cream and beat until thick enough.
Make Ahead: You can easily make this ahead of time- you jsut may need to beat it one more time before serving.
Variation: If you want to add more flavor to the filling, you can add a few berries while you are mixing it. Adding about 6 raspberries per batch adds enough flavor.
