Ingredients

cups
tomatoes
(diced, seeded, & peeled - about 10 large)

green peppers
(chopped)

onions
(chopped)

jalapeno peppers
(seeded & finely chopped)

tomato paste
⅔
cup
condensed tomato soup, undiluted
(If you are making this for special diets, verify that the soup is gluten and dairy free)

white vinegar

white sugar
(May need a little more or less)

Instructions:
In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for about 45 minutes, stirring often.
Cool, then freeze or serve.
Notes:
Make Ahead: This is a great recipe to freeze. The day before you want to use it, remove it from the freezer and allow to thaw before serving.
