(melted and slightly cooled)

buttermilk

all-purpose flour

white sugar

baking soda

baking powder

Instructions:
Preheat griddle.
Separate the egg whites and the egg yolks into two separate bowls.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together except for the egg whites
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they are stiff.
Fold the beaten egg whites into the batter and allow to stand for 5 minutes before cooking.
Cook on a hot griddle, turning once.
