Baked Panko Breaded Chicken
This baked, breaded chicken is delicious. It's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients

chicken thighs

butter

Panko crumbs
(1 canister)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Melt the butter in a large bowl then add the Panko crumbs and stir until combined.
Roll each chicken thigh in the Panko mixture then place in an even layer on a cookie sheet.
Bake for about 20 minutes.

Serving Size:
I made 31 thighs for 32 people and had 4 left over. However, I'd probably make a couple more just to be safe.
