24chicken thighs((Can use wings, breasts, or legs too.))
1large bottleBBQ sauce
garlic powder, salt, black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Spread the thighs in a baking dish and sprinkle liberally with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Bake for 30 minutes. (If they aren't making their own juice, you can add a little water to the bottom of the pan.)
Remove from oven, flip the thighs upside-down, spread BBQ sauce over the thighs, then return to the oven for another 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, remove from the oven again, flip the thighs rightside-up, spread BBQ sauce liberally over them, and return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
Notes:
Leftovers: This is a great meal for leftovers, because when you reheat the chicken, the barbecue sauce carmelizes.
