Baby Back Ribs

This is a delicious way to fix ribs.
Plan on 5-6 ribs per person.

Ingredients  

  • 40 ribs
  • meat seasoning (Lawry's salt, etc)
  • 16 oz apple juice
  • 2 bottles BBQ sauce

Instructions: 

  • Peel the membrane off the back of the ribs.
  • Season the ribs liberally on both sides.
  • Preheat the oven to 300°.
  • Sear the ribs on the grill - they shouldn't be cooked through, just seared.
  • Transfer to oven pans, pour the apple juice in the bottom of the pans, cover tightly with foil,
  • Bake for 3 1/2 - 4 hours. During the last hour, cover with barbecue sauce and return to the oven.
