Baby Back Ribs
This is a delicious way to fix ribs.Plan on 5-6 ribs per person.

- 40 ribs
- meat seasoning (Lawry's salt, etc)
- 16 oz apple juice
- 2 bottles BBQ sauce
Peel the membrane off the back of the ribs.
Season the ribs liberally on both sides.
Preheat the oven to 300°.
Sear the ribs on the grill - they shouldn't be cooked through, just seared.
Transfer to oven pans, pour the apple juice in the bottom of the pans, cover tightly with foil,
Bake for 3 1/2 - 4 hours. During the last hour, cover with barbecue sauce and return to the oven.
