Baked Panko Breaded Chicken
This baked, breaded chicken is delicious. It's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients
- 15 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 ½ sticks butter (12 Tbsp)
- 4 cups Panko crumbs (1 canister)
- 1 dash salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl then add the Panko crumbs and stir until combined.
- Roll each chicken thigh in the Panko mixture then place in an even layer on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
Notes:
Serving Size: I made 31 thighs for 32 people and had 4 left over. However, I’d probably make a couple more just to be safe.
