Ingredients  

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
  • olive oil
  • salt (or garlic salt)

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 450°.
  • Wash and cut up the broccoli.
  • Spread the broccoli florets in an even layer on a cookie sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil, parmesan cheese, and salt over the broccoli and stir to coat.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, stirring a couple times.

Notes:

Make Ahead: You can cut up the broccoli early in the day to make meal prep easier.
Diet: Gluten Free, Egg Free
