Lamb Chops
This is a delicious and simple way of cooking lamb chops.

Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
Marinade:
- ¼ cup olive oil (or enough to cover the meat)
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 Tbsp rosemary (fresh or dried)
- 2 Tbsp thyme (fresh or dried)
Before Cooking:
- salt
- ground black pepper
Instructions:
Marinade:
- In a small bowl, combine the marinade ingredients.
- Place the meat in a gallon Ziploc bag, pour in the marinade, and mix until the meat is completely covered.
- Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours.
Cooking:
- When time to cook, place a cooling rack on a cookie sheet.
- Remove the meat from the bag, place on the cooling rack, and liberally sprinkle both sides of the meat with salt and pepper.
- Broil for 20 minutes or until the meat comes to an internal temperature of 145°.These are also good grilled instead of broiled.
Notes:
Make Ahead: This is best if it can marinate for several hours, so you can easily prepare it ahead of time.
Marinade: The ratios in the marinade are very versatile.
Diet: Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free
