Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
- olive oil
- salt (or garlic salt)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 450°.
- Wash and cut up the broccoli.
- Spread the broccoli florets in an even layer on a cookie sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil, parmesan cheese, and salt over the broccoli and stir to coat.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring a couple times.
Notes:
Make Ahead: You can cut up the broccoli early in the day to make meal prep easier.
Diet: Gluten Free, Egg Free
