Baby Back Ribs
This is a delicious way to fix ribs.Plan on 5-6 ribs per person.

Ingredients
- 40 ribs
- meat seasoning (Lawry's salt, etc)
- 16 oz apple juice
- 2 bottles BBQ sauce
Instructions:
- Peel the membrane off the back of the ribs.
- Season the ribs liberally on both sides.
- Preheat the oven to 300°.
- Sear the ribs on the grill – they shouldn't be cooked through, just seared.
- Transfer to oven pans, pour the apple juice in the bottom of the pans, cover tightly with foil,
- Bake for 3 1/2 – 4 hours. During the last hour, cover with barbecue sauce and return to the oven.
