Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies
These are a great addition to a breakfast – or even a snacky meal – when you want something a little different.
Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies
Makes: About 48 smokies

Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon (slices cut into thirds)
- 1 pkg Little Smokies (14oz pkg)
- ½ cup brown sugar (or maple syrup)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°. Line a cookie sheet with foil and grease the foil.
- Cut the bacon so the strips are a third of the original length.
- Wrap each smokie with a piece of bacon and place on the pan.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar (or maple syrup) over the wrapped smokies.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Notes:
Make Ahead: These can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated until time to bake. You could probably bake them ahead of time and just reheat them too.
