Oriental Ramen Salad
This is great salad for when you want something a little different than normal.

Ingredients
- 1 head Napa cabbage (or 1 bag of coleslaw)
- 3 medium green onions (sliced)
- 2 pkgs ramen noodles (crushed)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cups sliced almonds (6oz pkg)
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 5 tsp soy sauce
Instructions:
- Wash the cabbage and cut or tear into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the green onions and add to the cabbage.
- In a skillet over medium heat, saute the noodles in the butter until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and add the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and almonds
- Allow to cool completely then add to the cabbage.
- Combine the dressing ingredients and either pour over the cabbage close to serving time or serve it in a pitcher.
