Baked or Grilled Fish
This is a great basic recipe for baked or grilled fish.

Ingredients
- 2 lb salmon
- 4 Tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh is best (more or less to taste))
- 1 dash black pepper (more or less to taste)
- 1 dash salt (more or less to taste)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375° or preheat the grill. Cover a cookie sheet with foil.
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, pepper, and salt.
- Place the salmon on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Brush the salmon with the butter mixture.
- Bake or grill the salmon until the meat separates when a knife is inserted – about 15-20 minutes.
Diet: Gluten Free, Egg Free
