This is a basic recipe for baked chicken thighs or breasts.

Ingredients
- 8 medium chicken thighs or breasts
- salt
- black pepper
- garlic powder (or garlic salt)
- onion powder
- paprika
- other seasonings to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Place the chicken in a 9×13 pan and liberally season with seasonings.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the meat registers 165°
Diet: Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free
This is a good basic recipe. Just remember that the more chicken you have to bake (or the thicker it is), the longer it will take in the oven. The best way to tell if it’s done is when it reaches 165. And the more seasoning you put on it, the better.
