Ingredients  

  • 8 medium chicken thighs or breasts
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder (or garlic salt)
  • onion powder
  • paprika
  • other seasonings to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • Place the chicken in a 9×13 pan and liberally season with seasonings.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the meat registers 165°
