Greek Tzatziki Sauce
This Tzatziki sauce is perfect for gyros.
Greek Tzatziki Sauce
Makes: 3 cups (serves 8)

Ingredients
- 3 cups Greek Yogurt (full fat works best)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 6 cloves garlic (peeled & finely minced)
- 1 medium cucumber (grated & squeezed to drain)
Instructions:
Pre-prep:
- Peel & mince the garlic cloves.
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze it to drain the excess water.
Sauce:
- In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and garlic.
- Stir in the grated cucumber and taste to adjust seasonings.
Notes:
Make Ahead: This is best made a couple hours in advance to enhance the flavors.
