1/2 cup powdered sugar for the crust and 1 1/2 cups  sugar for the filling is perfect. You can still taste the tartness of the rhubarb but the sweetness of the crust keeps it from being too tangy.]]></description>

This is the amounts I&#039;ve been doing - 

Sauce:
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Granola:
4 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup slivered almonds
4 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup shredded coconut

I added cashews once also and it was really good.]]></description>

If you use more substantial lettuce like romaine that would hold up better, that might be close to the right amount, but it would probably be best to have a little more.
4 recipes of dressing was a good amount for the amount of lettuce we had.]]></description>
