Gyro Meatballs

- 2 lb lamb (or 1 lb lamb and 1 lb chicken)
- 1 lb pork
- 1 lb beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup yogurt (if it is thick yogurt, you will want to add some milk)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 ½ Tbsp marjoram
- 1 ½ Tbsp cumin
- 1 ½ Tbsp oregano
- 1 ½ Tbsp rosemary
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp pepper
Instructions:
- Combine ingredients in a bowl or stand mixer and mix well.
- Use a small cookie scoop to form the meatballs and place on lightly greased lined cookie sheet.
- Bake meatballs at 425° for 12-18 minutes or until fully cooked.
