Creamy Crack Chicken Gnocchi

Wet Ingredients
- ½ c butter, softened
- ½ c Crisco
- 1½ c sugar
- ½ c molasses
- 2 eggs
Dry Ingredients
- 4 c flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 2¼ tsp baking soda
- 2¼ tsp ginger
- 1½ tsp cloves
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Cream together butter, Crisco, and sugar.Beat in molasses and eggs
- In another bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon.Blend dry ingredients with a wire whisk.
- Gradually mix dry ingredient mixture into creamed ingredients.
- Scoop dough or roll into balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and flatten slightly with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack.
Notes:
Store in a covered container to maintain softness.
Can be frozen as dough balls or as baked cookies.
