Ingredients

  • 13 oz Rice Krispies
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz peanut butter chips
  • 32 oz large marshmallows (divided)
  • 1 cup butter (divided)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, pour in the Rice Krispies and set aside.
  • In a medium, microwaveable bowl: add 30 marshmallows, 1/2 cup of butter, the chocolate chips, and the peanut butter chips. Set aside.
  • In a large, microwaveable bowl: add the rest of the marshmallows, 1/2 cup of butter, and the peanut butter.
  • Heat the large bowl in the microwave until the ingredients are melted, stirring occasionally. About 3 minutes.
  • Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Krispies and mix together.
  • Grease 2 cookie sheets and divide the mixture evenly between both pans. Spread out the Rice Krispies and set aside.
  • Heat the medium bowl in the microwave until the ingredients are melted, stirring occasionally. About 3 minutes.
  • Spread the melted mixture over the Rice Krispies mixture.
  • Roll into a log, working from the long side (so you have a 15-inch log) and wrap in Saran wrap.
  • Freeze or refrigerate until set, then slice and enjoy!
