- Sliced Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Onions (or Greek Salad but we prefer sliced vegetables for gyros and the salad as a side.)
- Potato Chips or Pita Chips

This whole meal is best when it’s made in the morning and served for supper. It gives the flavors time to blend. The traditional meat can be mixed together in the morning, baked right after lunch, refrigerated, and fried right before supper.
