- 8 medium sweet potatoes
Instructions:
- Wash and poke the sweet potatoes and place them on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
- Bake at:350° for 60-75 minutes375° for 50-60 minutes400° for 40-50 minutes
Notes:
Prepare Ahead: You can wash the potatoes ahead of time, but it’s best to wait to poke them until close to baking time otherwise the holes will oxidize and become an ugly brown.
*You could also rub the skins with oil and sprinkle with salt if you wanted.
