This is the amounts I&#039;ve been doing - 

Sauce:
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Granola:
4 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup slivered almonds
4 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup shredded coconut

I added cashews once also and it was really good.]]></description>

I substituted honey for the sugar, but it seems like it might need more honey/butter/water. It wasn&#039;t as moist. It should be completely saturated in the syrup before baking. If it&#039;s already a little dry-looking before baking, it will be completely dry by the time it&#039;s done baking.
It&#039;s also a little bit darker tasting because of the honey, but still very good.]]></description>
